What you will do

• Identify potential opportunities, arrange meetings, and close sales.
• Build relationships with organizations and channels to assist in the sale of hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to refine and execute DOD and Federal growth strategies.
• Develop and execute effective sales call plans for target agencies and program managers.
• Manage the entire lifecycle from business opportunity to proposal development and award.
• Achieve yearly sales targets and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and acquiring new logos.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the federal sales cycle and procurement processes.
• Experience selling software, IT, or mobile solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and close new customers.
• BA/BS degree is preferred.
