What you will do

• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding workplace concerns and policy interpretation.
• Conduct prompt and impartial internal investigations into complaints, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Partner with managers to address performance and conduct issues, supporting accountability efforts.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records in accordance with laws and firm practices.
• Advise managers on best practices for documentation and conducting difficult conversations.
• Assist with the administration of introductory and annual performance evaluation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of employee relations experience specifically in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong business writing skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week at the Franklin, NH facility.

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
