Salary: $100,000–$120,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sale contact for assigned customers, ensuring a unified experience across renewals and adoption.
- Develop deep understanding of customer security posture and operational challenges to guide product value realization.
- Drive proactive engagement through success planning, roadmap discussions, and quarterly business reviews.
- Own the renewal cycle and manage a quota tied to annual recurring revenue (ARR), including upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Support, Product, and Sales teams to resolve issues and align on renewal strategies.
- Monitor account health signals and lead mitigation plans for at-risk customers.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the United States.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX for office attendance 2x per week.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related commercial role within the software/SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts or data protection technologies.
- Ability to manage renewal cycles, forecast revenue, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships and acting as a customer advocate.
