Enterprise Customer Success Manager: Managing named enterprise accounts to drive adoption and outcomes that lead to renewals, expansion, and advocacy, with an accent on account health, upsell/cross-sell execution, and renewal readiness. Focus on business reviews with executive stakeholders, demonstrating cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs, and coordinating escalations and cross-functional actions to maximize ARR and NRR.
Location: New York Office (hybrid, 3 days in the NY office)
Salary: $100,000β$120,000 base + commission

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 30β40 existing customers to maximize utility from deployments and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Run business reviews and deployment health checks with client executive leadership to drive satisfaction and desired business outcomes.
- Present and demonstrate cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and information security experts as needed.
- Identify, nurture, and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customersβ evolving use cases.
- Ensure customers are set up for success and facilitate renewals at the end of each subscription term.
- Analyze engagement levels, manage escalations to resolution with cross-functional teams, and mentor developing Customer Success Managers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, Client Service, or Consulting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders across industries.
- Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts; enterprise networking technology familiarity is preferred.
- Strong time management, self-motivation, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Hybrid requirement: 3 days in the NY office.
