Salary: $113,000 - $188,000

What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic member accounts, including adoption, advocacy, and retention.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and demonstrate validated ROI.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite and functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (sales, product, technical services) to deliver value.
- Analyze data trends and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to customers.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure account success.
Requirements
- 7+ years of applicable experience in account management or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be based in the US and able to travel 21-40% domestically.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts in the healthcare sector.
- Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athena) or healthcare SaaS.
- Strong executive-level presentation and communication skills.

- Master’s degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
