TL;DR

Manager, Customer Success Management (Cybersecurity): Leading and mentoring a Customer Success team to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth within the NAM West territory. Focus on designing service strategies, managing renewals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes in a high-stakes cybersecurity environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX (Hybrid: in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

Salary: $130,000–$150,000

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the Customer Success Management team.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve customer experience and oversee the renewals process.
  • Establish and track KPIs to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a key contributor within the Sales Management team to drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues, coordinating with Engineering and Support teams.
  • Coach team members on career development and foster a positive, results-driven workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of management experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Renewals.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technology company, with a preference for cybersecurity backgrounds.
  • Proven track record in delivering against defined revenue and margin targets.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
