What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-market accounts to drive platform adoption and reduce churn risk.
  • Execute deployment health reviews and support technical onboarding across the product portfolio.
  • Monitor customer human risk management maturity by tracking behavior data and utilization metrics.
  • Maintain account health scores in Gainsight and escalate anomalies to account partners.
  • Support business reviews by preparing adoption data and utilization summaries.
  • Manage technical escalations with transparency and coordinate with support engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years managing mid-market accounts in a security-focused SaaS organization.
  • Familiarity with email security fundamentals including Secure Email Gateways and DMARC/DKIM/SPF.
  • Proficiency with Gainsight for health scoring and Salesforce for account activity tracking.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a named account model alongside account and renewals managers.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
