What you will do

  • Drive hirify.global product adoption and secure design wins in collaboration with Sales Applications Engineers.
  • Lead account planning and execution to identify and capture new growth opportunities.
  • Develop and accelerate new revenue streams, converting design wins into billed revenue.
  • Strengthen collaboration with distributors, OEMs, and ecosystem partners to maximize account penetration.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
  • 0-3 years of experience in field sales engineering, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Japanese: Native proficiency required.
  • English: Business level proficiency required.
  • Basic understanding of the IT market, products, and competitive landscape.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
