What you will do
- Design and maintain an automation and AI layer for recurring performance workflows and anomaly detection.
- Develop agent-assisted analytical workflows to accelerate root-cause diagnosis and insight generation.
- Translate complex business questions into reusable, automated frameworks through collaboration with performance analysts.
- Create actionable automated commentary, visualizations, and structured insights.
- Perform rapid data exploration and segmentation analysis to support performance deep dives.
- Iterate on prompts, agent logic, and analytical outputs based on stakeholder feedback and algorithm updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (marketing analytics, data science, or product analytics).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for building automated pipelines.
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Seattle, WA area.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in building GenAI workflows, specifically with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, or multi-modal AI.
- Knowledge of organic search (SEO) or agentic search (AEO) performance drivers and ranking systems.
- Experience contributing to internal data pipelines or analytics platforms at scale.
- Background in growth marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce analytics.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical or ML techniques for marketing optimization.
