Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML)

Location: USA - Boston, Massachusetts (hybrid: at least 3 days a week in office)

Salary: $95,000 - $166,000 base pay range

What you will do

• Design, research, and architect AI/ML solutions across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain clear project communication, including regular updates on progress, insights, and KPI impact.
• Present findings to non-technical partners in a clear, understandable way to support informed decision-making.
• Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives and communicate the value of data science initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, ML/AI Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or another technical field.
• Strong fundamentals of Statistics & Machine Learning (hypothesis testing, p-values, confidence intervals, regression, classification, optimization).
• Fundamentals of Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, transformers, and other deep neural networks).
• Experience manipulating high-volume data in complex, data-rich environments.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship is required.
• Fluency in Python and SQL (or similar relational database systems) and excellent verbal and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience in a corporate environment or in finance/fintech.
• Experience with Deep Learning.
• Experience with GenAI (LLMs, RAG workflows, AI Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, or similar tools).
• Experience with the deep learning lifecycle (problem definition through evaluation and monitoring).
