Salary: $125,000–$180,000 base + 10% target bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver high-impact AI/ML capabilities for insight generation on the platform.
• Design, build, and deploy models focusing on NLP, summarization, semantic search, and classification.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into scalable, production-grade systems.
• Experiment with emerging GenAI and LLM technologies to translate research into practical solutions.
• Maintain high standards for model monitoring, transparency, and responsible AI use.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical mentorship.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software or machine learning engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, transformers, LLMs, and libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with cloud-native development, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Nice to have

• Experience with the LangChain ecosystem (LangSmith, LangGraph).
• Familiarity with distributed systems and data platforms like Snowflake, Kafka, or Airflow.
• Prior exposure to fintech or financial data platforms.
• Research experience with publications in AI/ML conferences like NeurIPS or ACL.
