What you will do

• Design, build, and scale data pipelines across cloud-based and internal source systems.
• Develop and maintain AI applications, incorporating ML best practices and RAG patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and integration strategies.
• Coach junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert for data engineering technologies.
• Implement automated tests and create technical documentation for developers and users.
• Deploy and troubleshoot applications on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on leading teams.
• Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale AI systems.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for company-sponsored benefits (401k, insurance).

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Familiarity with LLM integration tools such as Langchain or Claude Agent SDK.
• Experience migrating on-premise technologies to the cloud.
