What you will do

• Define and evolve the architectural direction for AI services and initiatives.
• Lead high-level and low-level design for major AI programs.
• Build and evolve scalable, API-driven AI services in Go.
• Develop LLM-based solutions including classification, extraction, and RAG workflows.
• Define and enforce standards for evaluation, cost-awareness, and operational reliability.
• Mentor Senior AI Engineers through design reviews and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in Go and Python.
• Deep understanding of LLM ecosystems, RAG, and orchestration workflows.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and vector databases.
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing scalable API services.

Nice to have

• Experience with large taxonomies or structured classification systems.
• Background in e-hirify.global, product catalogs, or sales channel data models.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
