What you will do

• Develop and execute sales process strategies and implement improvements to sales programs.

• Maintain sales incentive compensation plans to support process improvement.
• Supervise support-level employees, setting day-to-day operational objectives and ensuring task completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact to resolve issues elevated by support personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of functional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of specific sales operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience supervising staff.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
