What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Develop and execute shared success plans to align product capabilities with customer business goals.
- Drive account expansion by identifying new use cases and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage the full renewal process, including negotiation and timely processing.
- Monitor product utilization and proactively address at-risk accounts to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Engineering, Support, and Professional Services to resolve escalations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or customer success within a software/SaaS environment.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of 80+ customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on renewals and expansion.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders ranging from end-users to executives.
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines and able to work in a hybrid environment.
