Salary: $69,800 - $83,000

What you will do

• Solve client business questions using proprietary metrics and analytical tools.
• Transform customer experience by working closely with Account Leads.
• Develop analytical outlines and translate complex data into compelling stories for clients.
• Present insights and actionable recommendations using standard frameworks like SCQA and AP.
• Identify and pursue revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Guide and coach junior team members while removing project roadblocks.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in CPG, sales, category management, or market research.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with POS and Panel data analytics.
• Ability to pull and analyze data from sources like RMS, Homescan, Omni, and Spectra.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with hirify.global or similar industry solutions.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new analytical tools quickly.
