What you will do

• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from inception to completion, including product rollouts and sales channel expansion.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to drive process efficiencies.
• Develop executive-level presentations and briefings to communicate project progress and strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain robust reporting dashboards to track performance metrics and evaluate business hypotheses.
• Manage cross-functional project timelines and facilitate stakeholder alignment to ensure clear outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in management consulting or a comparable field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in executive communication and synthesizing complex data for senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or a related field.
