Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in-office) in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle

Salary: $92,500–$140,500 (annual base compensation range)

What you will do

  • Lead customer onboarding for the hirify.global Cross-Media Intelligence product by solving against customer goals.
  • Respond to incoming requests from sales, customers, and internal teams about product capabilities and technical questions.
  • Design and improve operational processes to support measurement project delivery.
  • Evaluate measurement components, from raw logs to model data, to deliver high-quality measurement projects.
  • Coordinate with sales, customer success, data analysts, and product/engineering to design and manage measurement projects.
  • Build strong relationships with teammates, customers, and partner contacts to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

  • Hybrid in-office requirement: work 2 days a week in-office in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle.
  • 3+ years of advertising experience (operations or analyst functions preferred).
  • 4+ years of customer-facing operational or project management experience.
  • Applied experience with digital or linear advertising operations.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects across overlapping priorities and multiple internal/external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to examine, synthesize, and present data to stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience preparing and/or interpreting data analytics (advertising data experience is a plus).
  • Experience with Excel and/or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of site tag managers and pixel tracking.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising standards (e.g., IAB standard events, VAST, SSAI).
  • Knowledge of linear TV advertising (e.g., buying rhythms, programmer operations).
  • Experience with advertising attribution or measurement.
