What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Managers and Analysts to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Deliver thought leadership and drive the CS Industry Insights mission to help clients make informed business decisions.
• Manage client expectations regarding project scoping, prioritization, and time management.
• Identify and convert incremental sales opportunities through strong client partnerships and portfolio knowledge.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality analyses and impactful insights using NIQ tools and standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the CPG industry, sales, category management, or market research.
• Must be physically located within the US.
• Proven experience in leading or coaching professional teams.
• Proficiency with NIQ solutions (POS/Panel data) or similar analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
