What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives at the Business Unit level.
• Define governance structures, timelines, and milestones to ensure effective project execution.
• Act as project lead for BI and analytics initiatives, partnering with data teams to drive actionable insights.
• Coordinate the harmonization of sales incentive and performance management frameworks.
• Support the design and execution of organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare executive reporting to support senior leadership in strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or Business Transformation.
• Proven experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations within a multi-country environment.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear business language.
• Strong project governance and prioritization skills.
