What you will do

• Manage C-level client interactions to drive impactful business change and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Create new business solutions leveraging data-driven insights, market research, and analytical models.
• Oversee strategic initiatives, including the development of strategy, change management plans, and business cases.
• Provide project management oversight, managing external relationships and tracking consultant progress.
• Conduct in-depth research and advanced data analysis of industry and competitor trends to drive business decisions.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of consulting experience specifically within the Financial Services sector.
• At least 1 year of experience in a project lead role, managing teams and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Proven expertise in strategy, business transformation, and operational improvements.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and ability to design innovative business models and frameworks.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
