Strategy and Execution Manager (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Manage client interactions and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the financial services sector.
• Develop strategies, change management plans, business cases, and actionable business insights.
• Oversee project delivery, including presentations, external relationships, consultant progress, and status reporting.
• Conduct client, competitor, and industry analyses to define needs and support business decisions.
• Formulate research hypotheses and lead advanced data analysis activities.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in the financial services sector and its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• More than 4 years of consulting experience in strategy, business transformation, or operational improvement.
• At least 1 year of experience leading projects, managing teams, and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Strong management, communication, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience leading client engagements, managing relationships, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
