What you will do
- Manage C-level client interactions to drive impactful business change and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Create new business solutions leveraging data-driven insights, market research, and analytical models.
- Oversee strategic initiatives, including the development of strategy, change management plans, and business cases.
- Provide project management oversight, managing external relationships and tracking consultant progress.
- Conduct in-depth research and advanced data analysis of industry and competitor trends to drive business decisions.
Requirements
- Over 6 years of consulting experience specifically within the Financial Services sector.
- At least 1 year of experience in a project lead role, managing teams and delivering high-impact solutions.
- Proven expertise in strategy, business transformation, and operational improvements.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and ability to design innovative business models and frameworks.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
