What you will do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product line, providing technical guidance during installation and post-implementation servicing.
• Deliver high-level technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training to customers, partners, and sales staff.
• Liaise between customers, partners, and internal support/lab teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Implement detailed customer requirements ensuring solutions are supportable, maintainable, and scalable per company standards.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to product management to drive future enhancements.
• Manage the project lifecycle of implementations in collaboration with Project Management to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a related Information Technology position.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, or in a team lead role.
• 5+ years of experience in development, application lifecycle, or change management.
• Senior-level expertise in Enterprise application development (Java, .NET, Web) and IBM i.
• Proficiency in database technologies (Oracle, SQL, DB2) and operating systems (i5/OS, Windows, Linux).
• Must be based in Spain

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a travel-oriented position (up to 50% travel required).
