What you will do

• Lead end-to-end CLM implementations, managing client relationships, project timelines, and budgets.
• Configure and develop solutions across leading CLM platforms including eSignature and contract automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable contract lifecycle solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements using Agile methodologies.
• Develop end-user training materials and support solution adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, implementation delivery, solution architecture, or business analysis.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with business stakeholders to implement technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Experience with CLM platforms such as Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or Agiloft is strongly preferred.
