What you will do

• Direct and manage all continental Europe operations with a flexible primary base within the region.
• Develop and execute the business strategy for commercial expansion across key European markets (France, Germany, Italy, Spain).
• Serve as senior Advisory Lead and Advisory Project Manager for key consulting engagements.
• Ensure successful, timely, and high-quality delivery of sports and business consulting projects.
• Recruit, mentor, and guide local and project-based consulting teams to scale regional delivery.
• Provide high-level consulting and retained analytical support to strategic clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a consultant or manager in top-tier management consulting or an equivalent senior advisory role.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with a strong focus on business development and project delivery within continental Europe.
• Extensive sports industry experience, with deep specialization in football preferred.
• Demonstrated track record leading and delivering complex advisory projects for high-profile sports organizations.
• Proficiency in AI-driven technologies to adopt, integrate, and leverage AI tools for workflows and insights.
• Proficiency in at least one and ideally two languages of the key markets (France, Germany, Italy, Spain).
