What you will do

• Engage directly with senior-level financial services executives to provide industry insights and strategic guidance.
• Partner with local and global teams to design commercial, financial, and technical solutions for financial services clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and develop thought leadership content such as whitepapers and blogs.
• Identify and address client experience improvement opportunities in areas like fraud management, onboarding, and claims.
• Develop pathways for implementing automation and agentic AI across front-office and back-office functions.
• Drive alignment with go-to-market partners and navigate complex partner ecosystems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of financial services experience in business, service, or consulting roles.
• Deep understanding of at least two areas: consumer banking, wealth management, payments, or insurance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining executive-level (C-suite) customer relationships.
• Strong ability to develop holistic solutions to complex business problems across technology and operations.
• Experience working within diverse technology environments and familiarity with digital and AI domains.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
