What you will do
- Engage directly with senior-level financial services executives to provide industry insights and strategic guidance.
- Partner with local and global teams to design commercial, financial, and technical solutions for financial services clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and develop thought leadership content such as whitepapers and blogs.
- Identify and address client experience improvement opportunities in areas like fraud management, onboarding, and claims.
- Develop pathways for implementing automation and agentic AI across front-office and back-office functions.
- Drive alignment with go-to-market partners and navigate complex partner ecosystems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of financial services experience in business, service, or consulting roles.
- Deep understanding of at least two areas: consumer banking, wealth management, payments, or insurance.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining executive-level (C-suite) customer relationships.
- Strong ability to develop holistic solutions to complex business problems across technology and operations.
- Experience working within diverse technology environments and familiarity with digital and AI domains.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German.
