What you will do
- Lead and scale a team of AI and Experience Orchestration specialists to drive regional pipeline growth.
- Define engagement models between specialist sellers and Account Executives to maximize deal impact.
- Drive AI-focused sales motions to increase win rates and expand adoption of Cloud.
- Influence territory strategy by embedding AI-led value propositions into account planning.
- Partner with regional sales leadership to optimize specialist coverage and resource allocation across APAC.
- Engage directly in high-value enterprise opportunities to position AI-driven transformation at the executive level.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including exposure to AI, customer experience, or cloud platforms.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing specialist or solution-focused sales teams in a matrixed environment.
- Deep understanding of conversational AI and experience orchestration technologies.
- Proven ability to influence sales outcomes through partnership with senior sales leaders.
- Must be legally permitted to work in Singapore.
- Experience operating in complex, multi-country APAC environments.
Nice to have
- Experience selling or supporting Cloud or similar CCaaS platforms.
- Background in AI-led transformation initiatives within contact center environments.
- Track record of building high-performing specialist teams in high-growth technology organizations.
