Director, AI and Experience Orchestration Sales (APAC): Leading a high-impact specialist sales team to drive enterprise adoption of AI-powered customer experience solutions with an accent on strategic go-to-market execution and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on scaling AI-led sales motions, influencing regional territory strategy, and delivering measurable business transformation for large-scale organizations across the APAC region.

Location: Must be legally permitted to work in Singapore. This is a hybrid role.

What you will do

  • Lead and scale a team of AI and Experience Orchestration specialists to drive regional pipeline growth.
  • Define engagement models between specialist sellers and Account Executives to maximize deal impact.
  • Drive AI-focused sales motions to increase win rates and expand adoption of hirify.global Cloud.
  • Influence territory strategy by embedding AI-led value propositions into account planning.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to optimize specialist coverage and resource allocation across APAC.
  • Engage directly in high-value enterprise opportunities to position AI-driven transformation at the executive level.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including exposure to AI, customer experience, or cloud platforms.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing specialist or solution-focused sales teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Deep understanding of conversational AI and experience orchestration technologies.
  • Proven ability to influence sales outcomes through partnership with senior sales leaders.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in Singapore.
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-country APAC environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling or supporting hirify.global Cloud or similar CCaaS platforms.
  • Background in AI-led transformation initiatives within contact center environments.
  • Track record of building high-performing specialist teams in high-growth technology organizations.
