What you will do

• Lead the APAC SE organization, acting as a key contributor and closer for high-stakes deals.
• Transform the technical sales process into a repeatable and scalable methodology.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing team of Solution Engineers.
• Refine demo standards and POC frameworks to ensure consistent excellence across the region.
• Serve as a strategic bridge between the APAC field and global Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in PreSales/Solution Engineering.
• 3+ years in an SE leadership role within a high-growth software company focused on data.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and Python.
• Proven track record of hiring and coaching diverse teams across the APAC region.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both developers/architects and C-level executives (CTO/CIO).
