• Define and evolve the visual direction for corporate branding and corporate websites.
• Guide creative teams from initial conceptual ideas through to final high-fidelity execution.
• Establish frameworks for how brands are expressed across owned digital channels.
• Mentor and develop designers, focusing on elevating the overall creative standard and craft.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative leadership, art direction, or design.
• Proven track record in digital-first B2B brand building.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, specifically with component systems, libraries, and scalable frameworks.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual systems and high-quality digital/web execution.
• Must have valid US work authorization; the company does not provide visa sponsorship (H1-B, F-1, TN, etc.).
