Salary: $130,000–$143,000 USD / $108,000–$118,800 CAD

What you will do

• Collaborate with design managers, copywriters, and UX designers on conceptual development and execution of digital creative briefs.
• Partner with senior designers to elevate work through innovative prototyping, including interaction, motion, and visual design.
• Articulate and present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality design standards across all digital projects.
• Think big while maintaining attention to detail in execution.
• Share insights on design and industry trends to foster team growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a digital creative agency or client-side group.
• Expert knowledge of Figma and modern prototyping tools like Framer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating world-class digital and web design skills.
• Experience with high-fidelity prototyping and motion design for the web.
• Proven ability to present work to executives and leaders.
• Familiarity with the creative process and collaboration with UX, copy, and development teams.

Nice to have

• B2B or tech industry experience.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience working in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Experience with AI tools in the design workflow.
