Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic connectivity accounts from contract signature through activation and retention.
  • Develop engagement strategies and content to support underserved communities and ensure continuous growth.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with international aid organizations, philanthropic entities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Collect and champion customer feedback internally to influence technical and programmatic development.
  • Define and advocate for internal policy changes to integrate social impact into the company culture.
  • Document compelling case studies and reports demonstrating measurable societal benefits.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for export authorization (ITAR compliance).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or strategic planning.
  • 1+ years in an external-facing role managing vendors, contracts, or enterprise customers.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel to SpaceX offices, customer sites, and international regions.
