Salary: Target total compensation $150,000–$225,000 (fixed annual salary $105,000–$138,000 + equity + variable cash)

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of advertisers and lead expansion through account planning, stakeholder mapping, executive relationships, and commercial strategy.
- Build “builder, not vendor” partnerships with senior marketing leaders and run high-quality business reviews.
- Act as the voice of the advertiser by driving prioritization around ROAS/CPA, LTV:CAC, incrementality, ease of execution, and measurement credibility.
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Client Success, Business Development, Solutions/Analytics, Operations, and Product/Brain to remove blockers and improve outcomes.
- Travel ~20–30% to meet clients in person, deepen relationships, and accelerate expansion via executive alignment and trust-building.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in client success, account management, performance marketing, or consultative commercial roles.
- Proven ability to drive commercial expansion within an existing portfolio (growing budgets, renewing/expanding scope, multi-threading senior stakeholders).
- Strong performance marketing fluency: ROAS/CPA, incrementality/attribution concepts, measurement design, and channel comparability.
- Excellent executive communication and presence; ability to run high-stakes meetings and influence without authority.
- Builder mindset and operational discipline; ability to create scalable playbooks in a fast-changing environment.
- Willingness to be in the NYC office at least 4 days per week and to travel 20–30%.
