Location: Based in NYC and able to work from the SoHo office 3x per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays)
Salary: $190,000 - $205,000 base

What you will do
- Lead and scale a global Account Management & Ad Operations team for Direct Demand across multiple ad products.
- Own the entire post-sale lifecycle, from asset collection and campaign setup to trafficking and delivery monitoring.
- Act as the senior escalation point for technical implementation, performance issues, and billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure operational alignment and accurate reporting.
- Develop and document scalable processes, workflows, and SLAs for campaign execution.
- Foster a solutions-oriented culture centered on accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or publisher environments.
- Proven track record in post-sale functions such as Account Management or Ad Operations.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong executive communication skills for client-facing presentations and difficult conversations.
- Deep technical understanding of digital ad campaign setup, tracking, and reporting (1st and 3rd party).
- Must be based in New York City (NYC).
