Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Set the analytics vision and roadmap across media performance, website analytics, and data activation for multiple accounts.
• Lead senior client conversations regarding performance trends, measurement strategy, and business impact.
• Oversee measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and testing plans to ensure marketing effectiveness.
• Lead and coach analytics managers and analysts, focusing on staffing, career development, and quality control.
• Collaborate with media, strategy, creative, and technology teams to deliver integrated data solutions.
• Translate complex data sets into strategic recommendations and compelling stories for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, media, or consulting.
• 5+ years of experience leading analytics teams and direct people management.
• Deep expertise in media performance measurement, website analytics, and insight development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and tag management systems.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card) is mandatory for security clearance.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
