What you will do

• Lead EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulations and corporate standards.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collect, analyze, and report EHS data including chemical, noise, emissions, and waste metrics.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and audit programs.
• Deliver EHS training to ensure workforce compliance and engagement.
• Coordinate with regulators and manage site audits and emergency response efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing-related EHS experience.
• Proven experience in managing hazardous waste and hazardous materials transportation.
• Ability to interpret EHS data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Experience writing clear site EHS programs and conducting regulatory training.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
