Salary: $85,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain sitewide EHS programs and policies aligned with OSHA and Cal/OSHA standards.
• Conduct routine facility inspections, equipment checks, and compliance audits.
• Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Oversee hazardous materials management, including labeling, storage, and disposal per DTSC regulations.
• Deliver safety training and onboarding sessions for employees and contractors.
• Support construction, commissioning, and equipment installation during the facility buildout.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, aerospace, hardware, or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, NFPA, and IBC regulations.
• Experience with hazard assessments, chemical safety, and environmental compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital EHS platforms.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cypress, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with California regional regulations (AQMD, CUPA, stormwater, hazardous waste).
• Knowledge of NFPA electrical safety, machine safety, and industrial hygiene.
