What you will do

• Maintain and update EHS compliance programs aligned with national and local regulations.
• Lead the internal global EHS audit program, including scheduling, execution, and auditor training.
• Manage global ISO14001 and ISO45001 certification processes.
• Develop KPIs and perform trend analysis to measure EHS program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS requirements into business processes and M&A activities.
• Deliver training programs to promote a strong safety and compliance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant EHS regulations.
• Experience with EHS management systems and audit protocols.
• Must be able to work on-site at a Watts US facility.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.

• Master’s degree.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM.
