What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for large enterprise customers to identify expansion and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with executives and stakeholders across Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Singapore markets.
- Lead complex sales cycles from qualification and value articulation through to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer health and drive adoption of key use cases.
- Promote 's brand within state governments and through partnerships with industry bodies.
- Manage business targets, forecasting, and pipeline accuracy to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in quota-carrying Account Management or AE roles within SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing and growing complex enterprise accounts in the Hong Kong, China, and Singapore region.
- Experience managing the full customer lifecycle with deals typically in the $50k-$150k+ ACV range.
- Ability to communicate value effectively to C-level and VP executives.
- Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Miller Heiman.
