Salary: $180,000 - $230,000

What you will do

• Define overarching technical strategy and architectural standards for the HCM suite.
• Lead the migration of custom SAP SOH workloads to SuccessFactors and BTP using clean core principles.
• Architect integrated solutions leveraging SAP BTP services, including BAS, SAP Build, and Integration Suite.
• Manage and mentor technical teams through complex system development and deployment.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to define roadmaps and ensure technical alignment.
• Provide strategic advisory on leveraging the latest SAP technology stack, including AI integrations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience as an Architect or Senior Consultant in at least 8 SAP SuccessFactors/HR implementations.
• Deep technical expertise in SAP application engineering using RAP and CAP models.
• Proven experience in HR transformation projects, specifically migrating from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, integration suites, and REST APIs for non-SAP application communication.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and available for potential in-person interviews.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAC, or Fieldglass.
