What you will do

• Lead the translation of US and Canadian tax and regulatory requirements into system changes for ERP environments.
• Facilitate problem-solving discussions with clients and internal teams regarding complex HR/Payroll issues.
• Develop detailed business analysis and functional specifications for SAP module updates.
• Formulate comprehensive test strategies and collaborate with QA teams to ensure product compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on US Tax Reporter configurations and Canadian T4/RL form processes.
• Act as a liaison between the Global Tax and Regulatory team and the Development/QA departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. or Canada
• 15+ years of extensive experience in US and Canada SAP HR/Payroll projects.
• Expert knowledge of US and Canadian payroll business processes and legislative requirements.
• In-depth experience with US Tax Reporter and SAP configuration for payroll modules.
• Proven track record in enterprise application projects covering full development and QA lifecycles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex payroll calculations independent of ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with AGILE methodology and JIRA.
• Ability to read, write, and speak French.
• Knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
