What you will do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support, user management, and access control for NetSuite, Tipalti, Cube, and Kyriba.
• Own the design, testing, implementation, and configuration of the NetSuite system.
• Partner with Finance to ensure systems and processes align with Model Audit Rule (MAR) and internal controls.
• Lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through deployment and documentation.
• Identify and drive system integration opportunities between NetSuite, Workday, and the proprietary Orinoco platform.
• Build custom dashboards, reports, and perform data audits to provide actionable business insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, ideally in a regulated environment (SOX/MAR).
• Strong background in lifecycle project management and process improvement.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting and corporate finance workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Responsible approach to evaluating and adopting AI tools while safeguarding data integrity.

Nice to have

• Technical familiarity with Tipalti, Cube, or Kyriba.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot SuiteScript.
• NetSuite certifications.
