What you will do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, user management, and access control for NetSuite, Tipalti, Cube, and Kyriba.
- Own the design, testing, implementation, and configuration of the NetSuite system.
- Partner with Finance to ensure systems and processes align with Model Audit Rule (MAR) and internal controls.
- Lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through deployment and documentation.
- Identify and drive system integration opportunities between NetSuite, Workday, and the proprietary Orinoco platform.
- Build custom dashboards, reports, and perform data audits to provide actionable business insights.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, ideally in a regulated environment (SOX/MAR).
- Strong background in lifecycle project management and process improvement.
- Foundational knowledge of accounting and corporate finance workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Responsible approach to evaluating and adopting AI tools while safeguarding data integrity.
Nice to have
- Technical familiarity with Tipalti, Cube, or Kyriba.
- Ability to read and troubleshoot SuiteScript.
- NetSuite certifications.
