What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered automations and agentic workflows using Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and MuleSoft.
• Deploy LLM-based automations for deal data enrichment, quote generation, and revenue recognition triggers.
• Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to enable intelligent, event-driven AI agent actions.
• Own end-to-end integration patterns for critical flows such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and order-to-fulfillment.
• Develop internal tools and lightweight applications using Retool, Replit, and custom scripts in Python, JavaScript, or Apex.
• Monitor automation health, perform root-cause analysis of failures, and iterate based on business stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business systems engineering or integration engineering.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and automation (Flow, Apex) and at least one ERP platform (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Proven experience deploying AI or LLM-powered automations in a production business systems context.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Apex, and expertise with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Zapier.

Nice to have

• Experience with DealHub (CPQ), hirify.global, or revenue operations systems.
• Deep knowledge of quote-to-cash workflows.
