SAP Principal Solution Architect (Human Capital Management, SuccessFactors): Designing and optimizing comprehensive HR solutions across the entire employee lifecycle utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA capabilities with an accent on strategic solution design, roadmap definition, and architectural governance. Location: Hybrid in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
What you will do
- Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for HR digital transformation using SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA HR.
- Lead architectural design of complex, integrated HR solutions (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Analytics).
- Evaluate new SAP HR/SuccessFactors innovations and emerging technologies like AI/ML to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and HR leadership to translate objectives into effective SAP HR solutions.
- Provide architectural governance and oversight throughout SAP HR/SuccessFactors project lifecycles.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, external payroll, and other enterprise applications via SAP BTP.
Requirements
- 12-15+ years of experience in SAP consulting and implementation with a dedicated focus on Human Resources solutions.
- 5-7+ years in a lead architect or solution architect role specializing in SAP HR/SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations across various modules.
- Deep expertise in Employee Central and strong experience with at least 3-4 other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Payroll).
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA HR (or ECC HR) and integration points with SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for SuccessFactors integration.
- Strong understanding of HR master data management, organizational management, payroll processes, and HR data security/privacy principles (e.g., GDPR).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP BTP services relevant to HR (e.g., Integration Suite, Work Zone).
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud for People Analytics or other HR reporting tools.
- Project management certifications (PMP, Agile Scrum Master).
- Enterprise Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF).
