What you will do
- Strategically drive opportunity creation and expand business presence within Japanese automotive OEMs.
- Gather and analyze market trends and specific customer requirements to inform product strategy.
- Manage relationships with key customer contacts through regular reviews and on-site visits.
- Align OEM platform development roadmaps with internal business units and account teams.
- Support program launches and accelerate activities for field application and product marketing teams.
- Maximize design wins and overall market presence at assigned key accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor sales or marketing within the automotive industry.
- Native Japanese proficiency and fluent English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electronics and industry standards.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for interacting with various organizational levels.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
- Autonomous, curious, and self-motivated professional approach.
