Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid work model).

What you will do
- Research and develop new local advertiser and agency partnerships across China, Korea, and other APAC markets.
- Lead joint business plan development and agency-level strategies to accelerate business growth.
- Collaborate with Ad Products and cross-functional teams to provide performance enhancement solutions based on advertiser feedback.
- Enhance 's brand awareness and media priority in key industries through conferences and marketing initiatives.
- Manage existing advertiser relationships and deep-dive into vertical-specific opportunities to support cross-border business.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Korean OR Japanese and Korean (Business level or higher).
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- 3+ years of experience in cross-border business (APAC to Japan).
- Proven track record of delivering results and managing C-level relationships.
- Ability to make frequent business trips for on-site project management and customer acquisition.

- Working experience at a startup.
- Strong executive presence with experience managing large-scale sales (billions of JPY).
- Business-level proficiency in Chinese or Japanese.
- Deep insight into industry trends and strategic vision for market growth.
