What you will do
- Rapidly grow Canva Enterprise revenue across the EMEA region.
- Establish and refine best-in-class sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs for a top SaaS business.
- Hire, motivate, and develop a team of high-performing Strategic Account Executives.
- Prioritize user feedback and customer enthusiasm to accelerate business growth.
- Collaborate with sales development, operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven success managing individual sellers in a market-leading SaaS business.
- Experience managing Strategic customers with 10,000+ FTEs.
- Proven ability to forecast deals from 0-100 on a weekly basis.
- Strong leadership skills to attract and manage top-tier talent.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and with actionable insights.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London campus.
