What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to achieve assigned fiscal quotas.
  • Identify and engage key buyers for AI-powered CX solutions and services within multinational enterprises.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from outbound lead generation to negotiating six- and seven-figure contracts.
  • Conduct accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain planning tools for executive reviews.
  • Position hirify.global's competitive advantages against rivals and translate technical features into business benefits.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and growth experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Track record of reaching $2M+ annual quotas and closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling AI-backed solutions and deep knowledge of CX, contact centers, or chatbots.
  • Established customer network across the UK/EMEA region (banking, insurance, telco, retail, etc.).
  • Proven expertise in net-new logo acquisition (minimum 75% focus).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
