Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London (minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 5 Account Executives to foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Implement sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler) to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Own pipeline performance and ensure AEs contribute to their own outbound activity.
  • Monitor key metrics like pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy to boost team performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to optimize campaign impact and lead quality.
  • Support team career development, recognition, and long-term retention planning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading Account Executives or full-cycle sellers in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success closing deals with growth-stage companies (51–200 employees) with AOVs up to $100k+.
  • Strong command of modern sales frameworks like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and take decisive action.
  • High emotional intelligence and proven coaching ability.
  • Experience collaborating across Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams.
