Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London (minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of 5 Account Executives to foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Implement sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler) to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles.
- Own pipeline performance and ensure AEs contribute to their own outbound activity.
- Monitor key metrics like pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy to boost team performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to optimize campaign impact and lead quality.
- Support team career development, recognition, and long-term retention planning.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading Account Executives or full-cycle sellers in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success closing deals with growth-stage companies (51–200 employees) with AOVs up to $100k+.
- Strong command of modern sales frameworks like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data and take decisive action.
- High emotional intelligence and proven coaching ability.
- Experience collaborating across Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams.
