What you will do

• Analyze BAU (Business as Usual) processes, identify improvement areas, and drive convergence of processes and tools.
• Identify and implement solutions that improve standardization and process efficiency while balancing local BAU needs.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement policies and procedures by mapping business processes and capturing/sharing best practices across countries and regions.
• Facilitate and organize improvement and problem-solving workshops and brainstorming sessions with stream members.
• Use metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities and deliver data-driven analysis and business cases.
• Collaborate with Global Enablement, Governance, Process Owners, and Operations leaders to ensure high-quality deliverables and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, including business analysis and/or project coordination.
• Extensive knowledge of one function’s systems and end-to-end processes; strong end-to-end knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking/organization skills.
• Ability to work effectively across functions, departments, geographies, and cultures.
• Fluent English communication in writing and speaking.
