What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of orders and projects within hirify.global’s internal systems.
• Collect and record detailed client requirements to align Account Management and Operations teams.
• Handle financial administration, including raising POs and ICOs.
• Maintain comprehensive system records of client interactions and project progress.
• Develop detailed project plans and provide regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and monitor accounts receivable to facilitate prompt payment.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a collaborative matrix organizational structure.
• Strong understanding of localization operations processes.
• Proficiency in localization software and tools.
