Manager Technical Delegate Team (Automotive): Lead and coordinate the Technical Delegate team in one assigned country to ensure correct local execution of the program with an accent on project KPI achievement, governance, and quality/compliance across the dealer network. What you will do
- Ensure achievement of country project KPIs for Technical Delegate activities, including quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Build and maintain local governance (activity calendar, information flows, roles/responsibilities) and plan/monitor field visit schedules and interventions.
- Analyze team performance reports (e.g., complex diagnoses, resolution time, first-time fix rate) and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate local rollout of new initiatives and process updates from central MSX/Client teams, and propose enhancements to extend or improve services.
- Manage client operations at country level: run regular steering/operational/performance meetings and translate client needs into operational requirements and priorities.
- Lead people development for Technical Delegates: onboarding, training plans, performance reviews, workload balancing, and continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing projects or programs in the automotive sector (after-sales, technical support, field operations, training, or similar).
- Experience coordinating field teams and managing B2B client relationships with multiple stakeholders at country level.
- Proven ability to produce management reports and performance analysis using KPIs, forecasts/budget inputs, and action plans.
- Strong automotive after-sales knowledge (service, diagnosis, warranty, technical support, customer satisfaction) and understanding of dealer network operations.
- Knowledge of project management principles (planning, monitoring, risk/issue management) and KPI management (definition, monitoring, interpretation).
- English: Good command of English (written and spoken) to interact with the client and international MSX structures.
